Ed Kapche is a seasoned accounting and accounting systems consultant that understands the complexities of these areas and the role they play in any organizations success.  He understands that for any company to succeed, it must be able to count on an accurate financial position for decision making. Without accurate numbers a company is headed for disaster.  The mission of the company Ed Kapche founded, Organizational Solutions, Inc., is to provide superior and innovative bookkeeping, accounting and tax services, which will foster positive management direction to achieve business success.

Mr. Kapche began his management and accounting career in the retail sector, as a manager for Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream stores, after his military service had been completed.  Kapche continued working in the retail sector while going to night school for a degree in business management.  After a four year tour of duty in the U.S. Air Force Strategic Air Command, he served in the U.S. Army Reserve attending office training, while working full time and attending college.  In 1980, Mr. Kapche relocated to Houston, Texas, where he was the Business Office Manager for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Texas Heart Institute, and Texas Children’s Hospital.  As a result of the financial functions associated with his position, Mr. Kapche focused on accounting and associated systems.  He understood how the success of these hospitals as well as any organization would be directed by accurate accounting numbers.  From that point-in-time forward, he continued working in accounting as well as management positions.  During his career, Kapche has turned around companies that were bankrupt from a financial stand point.  He has strived for bottom line improvement in all his endeavors.  The building of successful businesses included: permanent staffing, temporary staffing, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing companies.  His career has also included a thorough understanding of the State and Federal business laws and how to handle related claims and filings.

He is also involved in local civic/professional organizations.  Kapche served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Houston Business Ethics Roundtable held through the University of Houston.  He works with the American Diabetes Association as a Silent Auction and Registration Committee Volunteer, and a Silent Auction Item Donor.  He is also a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.  The rodeo has donated over $100 MM to kids through out Texas for college scholarships, in an effort to develop our next generation of leaders.  Kapche was selected as Captain and helped form the Gatekeepers Committee, a volunteer on the Group Ticket Sales Committee and now Captain on the Rodeo Merchandise Committee.  Kapche is a decorated Vietnam Veteran of the U. S. Air Force Forward Air Control.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Richardson University.  He not only completed his degree, but did so with a 4.0 GPA.

Currently, Kapche is building his own bookkeeping; accounting and tax consulting firm to assist businesses achieve a higher level of proficiency, ethics, and market share.  His business has locations in  Sugar Land, Texas and Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
